Cross Country
The Cross Country season starts around the middle of August and continues through the end of October. Meets commence in September. There are six regular meets each season, on Saturday mornings starting at 8:30 a.m., continuing until around noon. The season usually runs until the end of October, with the Pacer picnic following shortly thereafter.
Practice is normally held on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings from 6:00 p.m. until 7:20 p.m.
Each athlete should practice at least two nights per week. The more time the athlete puts into practice, the better he/she will perform.
